Step 1:
The initial task is all about adding a role named “Human Capital Management Integration Specialist.” This role is essential, as it grants the necessary privileges for task execution.

Step 2:
Once the role is successfully added, proceed to select “Data Exchange” in My Client Groups.

Step 3:
Upon entering the data exchange section, navigate to “Spreadsheet Templates,” as indicated in the screenshot provided below.

Within the Spreadsheet Templates section, the below screenshot illustrates the next step: Clicking on the “Import” option.

Step 5:
Upon clicking “Import,” the subsequent screen, depicted below, prompts the user to input details such as Name and code, and to upload the required template, which must be in .xml file format.

With the successful template upload, the resulting details, shown in the screenshot below, prompt users to click on the highlighted yellow field.

Step 10:
Proceeding from the previous step, the subsequent page (depicted below) features options such as Define, Design, etc., located on the right side of the screen.

Step 11:
In the status drop-down, select “Active,” and the screen given below will appear originating from the Define section.

Step 12:
Progressing to the Design section, depicted in the provided screenshot, users should choose the necessary attributes.

Step 13:
After selecting the required attributes, simply click “Validate and Save.”

Step 14:
The template upload process is now finalized.

Step 15:
Click the “Run Spreadsheet Data Loader” option in the Data Exchange.

Step 16:
Within this section, the screenshot below presents relevant details.

Step 17:
An integrated Excel file is downloaded after clicking the designated “WORKER TE” (as designated in this case).

Step 18:
Subsequently, integration of the desktop Excel file with the instance is necessary.

Step 19:
Give the username and password for the Excel file and instance integration.

Step 20:
- Upon opening the HDL (Human Data Loader) file, follow these steps:
- Click “Create Data Set,” input the desired number of rows, complete the required details within the inserted rows, and click “More – Save,” displaying a “rows successfully inserted” message.
- Next, click “More – Upload,” and “Refresh.”
- The final message will indicate “success,” and the file can be closed.
- Following these actions, initiate the “Send Pending LDAP” in the scheduling process.
