To activate the audit trail for Chart of Account values, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Settings and Action.
Step 2: Click on Setup and Maintenance.

Step 3: Use the icon and select “Search.”

Step 4: Search for “Manage Audit Policies” and click on it.

Step 5: Click on “Configure Business Objects.”

Step 6: Choose the product as “Oracle Middleware Extensions for Applications.”
Step 7: Scroll down to “Value SetServiceAM” and select it.
Step 8: Click “Save and Close.”

Step 9: Now look for “Chart of Accounts.”
Step 10: Select “Manage Chart of Accounts Value Sets.”

Step 11: Enter the field you wish to manage and click “Search.”
Step 12: Select the field and click “Manage Values.”

Step 13: Make the necessary changes to the field.
Step 14: Click “Save and Close.”

Step 15: Now, go to Tools and click on “Audit Reports.”

Step 16: Enter the desired fields and click “Search.”
Step 17: You can view the results.

These steps will help you enable the audit trail for Chart of Account values.
